The HamCloud VPN service allows radio amateurs to participate in HAMNET via the Internet. The following steps are necessary for the radio amateur:

1. Authentication as a radio amateur against this website:
   • As a DARC e.V. amateur radio club member via single sign-on
     or
   • As a participant in the “ARRL Logbook of the World”-program via browser certificate
2. Obtaining VPN credentials from this website
3. Setting up the VPN connection
